"How long will it take you to complete my project?" I like to discuss the time frame of each project with you personally. Ideally, I like to allow myself enough time to research, write, edit, revise and proof until I'm fully satisfied. However, I do realize that some projects are time sensitive in nature. In that case, simply let me know the exact date you need the project completed by and, if I accept the job, I guarantee that you'll receive the copy by the agreed upon deadline -- or even sooner. No matter the deadline, you can rest assured that what you receive from me will be right.

"What happens if we want you to revise the copy?" Let me know what the changes are and I'll take care of -- fast! There is NO CHARGE for rewriting. Revisions are included in the flat-fee that we've agreed upon, provided the changes are assigned within 30 days of your receipt of the copy and are not based on alterations made to the assignment after copy has been submitted. The majority of clients are thrilled with my copy. However, if you are not 100% happy, I will revise the copy according to your guidelines until you are satisfied.
